Our spring fundraising event, a couture fashion show featuring the styles of Carmen Marc Valvo, was a big success! This event, originally spearheaded by a loyal friend of Ovations, Carol Arrick-Wells, who led a courageous personal battle against ovarian cancer. This year’s event was a tribute to Carol and her efforts. In attendance were local celebrities Joyce Kulhawik, Gretta Monahan, Beth Shelburne and Kelley Tuthill.

In an effort to raise funds in a more broad-spectrum campaign, this event was accompanied by an online auction with bidding open to the public. The auction items range from a Tory Burch package with deep blue patent purse, clutch and necklace, a Marc Jacobs black laminated leather handbag, a Carolina Herrera chinchilla wrap, a St. Lucia getaway, tickets to the Red Sox vs. Yankees at Fenway, other sports and entertainment memorabilia and so much more!
